Satoru Kanai, attorney at law, participated in the panel discussion at the symposium hosted by the Tokyo-Osaka-Yonkai-Bankruptcy Act department.
The theme of the discussion was “The principle of secured liquidation value in Out-of-Court Workouts” and the proceedings have been published in the December 1st issue of NBL No.1255.
